An E-Class speaks a language all of its own. Over the course of an intensive creative process, the bodywork was painstakingly perfected by the Mercedes-Benz designers.

The MercedesSport components were also developed under the premise “perfection in variation”. The results logically extend on the vehicle’s design in the form of aerodynamic add-on parts. Or distinctively interpret it, as evidenced in our two-tone light-alloy wheels. The aim was always to find the optimum way to combine technical parameters and a demanding design idiom.

The result: tautly modelled, streamlined surfaces which underline the contours of the E-Class models in sporty style.

The designs are produced in two-dimensional and three-dimensional formats, and at this point of the development process component properties such as weight, machining possibilities or material distribution can already be deduced. Virtual test runs then allow any
weak spots to be detected at an early stage.
